da ich das projekt persönlich sehr interessant finde, da auch meine oma davon betroffen ist, dachte ich, es wäre erwähnenswert. war mir nur nicht sicher ob es einen einzelnen beitrag bekommen sollte.

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if you have all heard about the Elephant Project before. Idina participated in the organization a couple of years ago and her photo/autograph has been auctioned off once before, but we were lucky enough to get another autograph from her to offer another auction. Here's what the Elephant Project is for those that don't know:

The Elephant Project is an organization to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer's Association. There is a phrase that says "elephants never forget," and in the fight against Alzheimer's, we are striving for those affected to "never forget." Because of the elephant's connection to the cause, we have celebrities pose for a photo with an elephant beanie baby, which are then auctioned off with an autograph and a beanie.

Ist zwar jetzt ein wenig OT, aber dennoch Danke Luna für den Artikel über das "Elephant Project"! Mein Opa hatte auch Alzheimer und ich finde es toll, dass es auch für diese Krankheit eine Awareness Aktion und Auktion gibt/ gab.

NEW ORLEANS -- The show couldn't go on, so the fans went home.

The Broadway Across America production of "Wicked" ended prematurely Saturday after a power failure cut electricity to the facility shortly after 10 p.m.

The production was early in the second act when the theater went dark mid-scene. Actors remained in place momentarily, but left the stage when power failed to come back on.
